Assistant General Manager
Working with the General Manager, Plan and direct all Hotel, Restaurant and Bar operations.
Maintain high standards of service and health and safety.
Ensure the efficient and profitable business performance of the site and optimising staff and resources by delivering the business goals set out in the strategic plan.
Be responsible for the supervision of restaurant and bar team members to ensure customer orders, delivery of food and beverages, menu recommendations and questions and queries are completed to a high standard and efficiently.
Conduct all duties listed within the Job description to a high standard by leading by example and addressing any performance and/or training issues alongside General Manager instruction and guidance.
