  • Organised and able to work under time pressures.
  • Comfortable communicating with customers via telephone.
  • Computer literate.
  • Ability to take ownership and initiative.

What’s Involved?

  • Provide excellent customer service to all our guests.
  • Welcome guests in a professional and timely manner and escort guests to the relevant tables.
  • Showing an awareness of timings per table and translating potential times to customers.
  • Maintaining the booking system continuously to reflect both occupied and available tables.
  • Organising and structuring the restaurant bookings system for service.
  • Answering phone calls and acting on any queries or requests from customers requesting table bookings
  • Be familiar with, and promote site offers, facilities and attractions.
