The newest addition to The Flat Cap Collection which will be the flagship of the group is The Courthouse, Knutsford, an 18th Century Grade II listed former Courthouse which has undergone a substantial refurbishment and conversion into a hotel with a staggering industrial restaurant & bar and both large & small event suites that can seat from 10 to 250 guests.
