We are looking to appoint a highly skilled Senior Chef De Partie to join our team.

You’ll be joining a reputable, market leader within its sector, with a clear mission to continue taking legendary sites with real historical prevalence and turning them into stunning quirky spaces with an outstanding offering.

What’s Involved?

  • Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities.
  • Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings that are agreed by Head Chef.
  • Maintain the food revenue GP% that is agreed and targeted.
  • Approve and “polish” dishes before they reach the customer.
  • Maintain and improve customer expectations.
  • Ensure best practices on kitchen cleanliness & hygiene is enforced following company procedures.
  • Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers, managers and directors.

You will be:
